Replacing Stop light bulbs every 3 months or less.

I am just wondering why these bulbs are not lasting more then approx. 3 months or less. Do not drive at night.
It is the same on both sides.
I am not a High mileage driver and take steps to reduce the bulb use by taking foot off of brake and putting on emergency brake when possible. ie. coffee drive in where I wait in line.
I have been using NAPA brand bulbs.
I know they are all made over seas but has anybody had this issue and what did you do to improve it?
In other words ... what Brand is the best/better if any???

Incandescent? LED? Part number? Lower brake lights or CHMSL?

To burn out at around 3 months points to a bad socket or connection.
Have you investigated the wiring around the socket?
Incadescent bulbs have issue with the on/off cycling more than just staying on.

There are Long Life and regular bulbs. My experience is the Long Life is actually short life.

Stop and Turn signal, Double filament bulb, #BP 3057-N Napa Miniature Lamp. Wiring looks OK. Socket looks OK. Fits tight in and out.

No Not yet..... Thought maybe somebody on here might know of a different brand that lasts longer rather then just trying everything on the market.

I don't recommend "cheap chinese". I assume you meant to type NOE, which is NAPA's equivalent to Dorman, except they don't manufacture any parts.

3057 LL bulbs, either Sylvania or Phillips, the LL stands for long life. Perhaps a squirt of electrical contact cleaner and some dielectric grease
the CHMSL bulbs are 921, also can benefit from cleaning and grease

Did you install the bulb with your bare hand? unless you wipe it off after installation the oil from your skin creates a hot spot that will cause the bulb to burn out much faster.
