Google says those are a 5X115 bolt pattern, so No... they won't fit.

Running a 75 series tire on a HHR would be a dangerous idea. Handling and braking performance would be seriously reduced.
NOT something I would recommend.

It’s been discussed several times, but I’ve not seen any confirmation of it being done.
Ive stuck to the stock 16” size rim and the stock sized tire 215R55-16

I glanced through the 15 inch X 75 and 70 series tires available. Don't see anything that's short enough to fit in the HHR wheelwell. Most sizes like 205 and 215 only show trailer tires and they're too tall anyhow.
Like I stated before. BAD idea if considering a 75 series.

That’s the rub, so to speak, you have to consider the strut towers , the lower spring perch is different then on a Malibu Max. So you must stay under the 26.2 inch diameter of the stock tires.

IT does have limited space above the tire, my tire here 225/50/17 speced out as 26.1" tall, & I had only .300" clearance, width of this pencil.

Are you looking to install pizza cutters for better fuel efficiency?
