Safety belt on obd

I recently had to take my 10 hhr on cause the cruise had stopped working, Well they replaced the brake module but ever since then my seat belt light is always on and has never been on before. I bought this vehicle used from new Mexico and well the seat belt wires had been clipped only for driver and no light well when I put in the led lights the brake module went I didn't know led don't use a ground but i'm not posting about that I just want a clear obd instrument panel again please any help on figuring this out would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry - I don't have the patience to try and decipher what you are trying to say. Punctuation and sentences would really help clarify the situation.

A picture is not necessary - but, can you at least make sentences out of what you wrote? I'm not about to decipher what it is you are trying to say.

I somehow get the impression the seat belt light is always on.
I too can't really understand his explanation of the problem.

Tried to clean this up. Highlighted the parts that need translation.

You could try disconnecting the ground wire on the battery for a few minutes. If there are no faults the light will stay off.

I suspect the relevant sentence "had been clipped only for driver". That might be what is going on. Does it mean that the previous owner cut the wires for the seat sensors and after they were repaired the light came on?

The cruise control now works after you replaced the bulbs in the high mounted brake light? Don't know what grounding LEDs is about. They do need a ground.

Cruise will not function if there is a CEL ,
LED’s in the high brake light , can cause this problem, it has to do with resistance, not about grounds.
