I wonder if it could be traffic hazard?

I'm pretty sure they were on sale last week or the week before at CT.

Looks fun but I can see it causing a lot of trouble, not to mention increase the likelihood of being rear ended. Will be interesting to see how many insurance companies drop policies for having one of these on your car.
