Yea *** I came from a Quad Cab Ram (sexy beast) and it was hard to say I let some Tuff Man pride go, but now my bank acct is climbing back up! No person will ever tell me that I didn't make the right choice

Why would someone call an HHR a toaster...I don't get it. Personally, my wife loves my HHR, in fact she is the one that got me looking at them in the first place. Now she calls it my mistress, because I spend so much time keeping it clean and taken care of, but she'll get over it.

What got me was when some chick at the gas station looked across the pump at me and said "is that a PT Cruiser?" Now that irritated me. I hate the PT's, the look, the ride, the interior, and especially the fact that they are made my Chrysler...I would have left that girl behind without a doubt....

 

Hasn't anyone seen the Kia Soul commercial? "You can get with this, or you can get with that... you can get with this, or you can get with that..." which shows the other cars as toasters, washing machines, and cardboard boxes.

I never knew that Scion owners called themselves toasters before reading this thread. That makes the Kia commercial funnier.

Actually my wife is the only person who's ever said anything good about mine. Everyone kinda got used to seeing me in my big truck, so when I downsized to the HHR, all my buddies took it upon themselves to bust my balls... It's just part of it... I'll be honest and say I do miss my truck from time-to-time, but I definitely don't miss having to feed it gas...

 

I like being able to wash and wax it in a couple of hours instead of a couple of days on my Silverado.
