I "did" trade in an 06 HHR LT2(bought new) for my 08 HHR SS(bought new). Just added the GMTU and never ever regretted it. No comparison between the 2...SS with no doubt. And nothing has broken on it either. If you take care of it, it shouldn't break.

If it makes you happy, it can't be that bad! You have three HHR's but none are SS's so go for it !
