SoCal HHR Logo
Ask esmarkey....he must have found it...
This was taken from the Chevrolet website:
"GM, the GM Logo, Chevrolet, the Chevrolet Logo, and the slogans, emblems, vehicle model names, vehicle body designs and other marks appearing in this document are the trademarks and/or service marks of General Motors Corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates or licensors."
Wouldn't it fall under vehicle body designs? That is...unless you designed the HHR itself.

Is it really that difficult to ask and say thank you?

All of the HHR outlined logo's when given permission by equity management need to have the "TM" properly displayed. even on your web sites. The socal version is slightly different from the GM image and theirs is a TM through GM. So yes you would need permission from Socal's to use a copy of theirs even on a different "club" version. That is what was explained to me.

Shoot, now I have to go and make a whole bunch of little tiny TM's for everybody.
Chad, this is a respect thing. Tim made his own logo that is now being copied, no, there is no trademark. Disappointing that a fellow HHR owner like yourself would react like this. Give the guy is due respect.....It is not legal...it is about what is right. Todd (Uma)
