I made Casper's eyelids from scrap vinyl I get from a vinyl graphics shop!
Dang that two-tone is HOT! I would consider doing it also, problem, there are so many colors of the rainbow to select from!

Another curiosity question...where did you purchase and/or how did you modifiy the chrome grill? I love the painted look compared to the chrome. That's an awesome paint job!

The original color was Daytona Blue. As far as the grille goes the dealer sent the HHR to a company called Rocky Ridge and they did the paint and wheels and seats so I don't know how it was done. I hope it doesn't chip!!!

I see the bowtie on the grill is blue. Can you tell if it is covered in a vinyl, painted on the outside or what?

The bowtie and grill are painted, I don't know the process they used to do that though.
