Someone please help me!

I’ve been looking everywhere for this bolt and I cannot seem to find out how to obtain it. Can anyone help me?

1. That's not a HHR LCA. (looks like a Cobalt one )

2.OP's bio shows that he has a 2009 Cobalt.
