SS front bumper lower extension

Does anyone know how the extension attaches? is it push tab things or screws?

Screws and push pins.
Your picture shows the screw locations. There are plastic trim pins on the ends.

Probably a dealer item. Go tell them that some of them were lost during your last 'service' at the dealership as a result of someone having a brain fart. Tell them what you need, see what they say.

Worst case, you pay for them. Best case, you get them free.

Edit: I told my Chevy dealer that for my old Silverado, and they gave me like a dozen Plastic Push-Screws free. Good luck.

"can any screw work ?" Really skyline. You didn't actually say that, did you ?

Here's a picture of one of the screws. If I remember correctly, it screws into a metal screw/clip at each hole. You would need the matching clips for each hole. And,No, you can't swap it with a nut and bolt because you can't get a wrench on the top side where the clips are.
*that's a 7mm nut head on the screw.
I'm sure you could get these at any auto parts or even the hardware store.

That size screw is only going to work if you're using it with the corresponding same threaded clip.

Skyline. Since you don't have a SS, exactly what are you trying to piece together here ?
