Some good hard wiggling should loosen the wheel up.
Be sure to keep the nut on, but only with a couple of threads, so tht the wheel doesn;t contact your nose.

Don’t waste your time getting a puller unless it’s a rare one with hooks since there’s no threads on the wheel like old school wheels. I wasted an hour trying to track one down and the wheel just pulled right off with just wiggling it.

Also, you may want to just swap the wheel instead of the harness if they’re in equally good shape. Much easier and quicker than trying to reroute the harness, but even that isn’t difficult with the wheel off.
