No Idea. It'll most likely be an Eaton M62, Cuz that's whats on the Cobalt SS/SC.

My guess is it would probably put it into the mid 200 horsepower range (around 250 or so). I wonder it it will be available from Chevy with different size pullyes or if you would have to wait for an aftermarket manufacturer to make them. I still think Chevy is going to charge a ton for their kit once you factor in all of the additional components on top of the blower itself.

You'll just get the one pulley size from Chevy. Have to go to aftermarket for differnt sizes, and I think 250 would be the vey most you'd see, probably be closer to 225. Cost should be right around 3k for the blower kit itself, plus probably another 1k or so for the labor to install it at the dealer to not void the waaranty.

Cobalt LT is 145-HP (2.2L)
Cobalt SS is 171-HP (2.4L)
Cobalt SS Supercharged is 205-HP w 2.0L Supercharged Engine

HHR 2.4L is 172 HP. So My guess would be an HHR With Supercharged Engine doing around either the same HP or slighty more. Keep in mind the car does have more weight then a cobalt. Just some facts for you all.

But do you think we will have to remove the under the hood cosmetics to get that thing to fit?

A good example of what I think it would be similar to would be the Darkside HHR.
