I do not know if you are using an object such as a "tire chamber" in the USA. Probably there.
If there is, buy it. Find one that is from a heavy truck, but not a very large diameter.
Put it under the car in front, under the subframe. Put strong plywood between the chamber and the subframe.
Pump up - this will lift the nose of the car and you can use the jack.
you can still simply hit the chamber with a wheel, and then Pump up the chamber
but so you only lift one side of the car
even a plastic bottle can be useful
in general, experiment - it is very exciting. But take precautions.
PS/ This will be useful to you in the future. The bus chamber is a multifunctional thing. You can pick up the car even if it drowned in the river, children skating from a snowy mountain in winter or playing in a summer pool. The perfect tool and toy "in one bottle" at a ridiculous price.
Why would you need a second floor jack? I just use one even if I need both wheels off the ground. Jack on side up, as said from the bump just behind the rear LCA bolt. Slide a jack stand in, move to the other side.
Over the years I've found a few cars that flex a bit too much if lifted high from a single point. Get door bind or other effects.
I figure there's no harm in taking a little extra care. Respect the vehicle and it gets cooperative.
I use a hockey puck on my floor jack. Yeah, I got the idea from a Canadian - not here - but it works beautifully. Pucks are cheap. I always jacked the SS up one side at a time that way, with stands. The front was way too low.
I have Rhino ramps and have to use 2x6's so the lower lip won't scrape on the ramps like Sleeper suggested . john
John- That does work well.....

Blue_SS- I have a short 2x4 that fits my jack saddle cup, & a 4x4 that can do the same, just depends on what I'm lifting.. For anyone who just wants to just buy, Northern Tool / Walmart / Jegs etc have them as well.
