No running boards, No leather, No Onstar, No Roof rails. Everything else I got with my 2LT. However if I had to choose leather and wait for it. I would becasue of the little seat pulls I have that chevy wont replace under warranty.
Don't consider one without running boards. My dealer wants $685 to put them on now that I have purchased the car. The $450 price is only if you order the HHR with boards, even though they are installed by the dealer.

The running boards are indeed a plus. I use them every now and then, but my kids really make the most out of them.
I think the Onstar is a bit overkill, but I got it anyway. I like the added security.
I also felt the same about the XM option, but I did not get it. I figure, with the 6 CD option and MP3 capable, one can really load up with music, as well as the ipods and mp3 players I have to hook up.
Lastly, I ordered mine with the 5-speed, so adding Onstar was an easy choice.
Good Luck..

Here is a link from GMGoodWrench that you can get runningboards for $524.28 if anyone is interested or your dealer quotes it higher and you want to install them yourself.
http://www.gmgoodwrench.com/accessor...93417314460724
Breaking news.... ------ The price is lowered to $456 and some change. Another location has them for $445 with $68 in shipping
I think they are on to something.....

I don't have running boards or paint chip problems. If I did have the running boards they would probably be scratched like crazy on the side from my wheelchair and it would have put me farther away from the seat when I transfer.Im my case running boards would never have worked.

We have several gravel roads around here.
