Hey! I know where that is! Right over off of Jefferson. I almost had my wife's Accord tinted there, but the guy wasn't open! I ended up going to Kustom Options down the street near Pear St...

 

My choice would on course be the Zinik Z9 in black:

I am probably going to put Z9's on my HHR come summer time, but in all chrome.

Now that tint job looks really cool, literally ....Keep all that sunlight from entering the interior...

However, at least the last I recall, Tinting of that deep shade was illegal in California. Has this law changed?

Hopefully, it has and you do not get one of those fix-it tickets that make you remove the nice tint...
