Transmission fluid change

Whats the procedure to change the fluid,do you take it to dealer without the dip stick who can you trust to do it the right way? 09 HHR 30,000 Dealer said it should be done now. Thanks in advance.

Read your owners manual, 50,000 if you Tow, or severe duty..(short runs or like Taxi driving).

100,000 if you don't.. Don't let them BS you....
