Hey guys can anybody make heads or tails of this TSB? I may just be reading it wrong because i'm up so late. Are they replacing the center console??????

What I get from it is that they are telling the techs another way of taking them out.

Seems to me all we need to do is find someone who works for a dealer who can really give us the scoop on this.
