Sucks that this happened to you. I'm glad it sounds like no one was seriously injured. Tax is right about how insurance and/or police usually handle these accidents.. In almost all cases you will be found at fault if you rear-end someone. Not that it's right, but that's how it works. I hope insurance works out okay and you can find a good replacement.

 

It kinda looks like your roof buckled a bit too, She's a goner . but everyones ok and thats all that matters. Best of luck to ya.

Sucks having to replace it, but it would suck a million times more if you had to do it from a hospital bed.

 

unless you live in Michigan and it is a "no fault" system. I don't even think rear ending counts there.

Why would another HHR be out of the question?

Find a decent 2008 or 2009 HHR, with low miles.

 

i didn't say it was, im saying if it is... i can't work much cause it will ruin my grant for college...
