It is the evap canister.

It is where your turbo is located. There should be a little blue button. Once you hit speeds of 115 it kicks in on its own

It is your evap canister it stores fuel vapors from your gas tank and allows the engine to burn them later. It is designed to cut down on hydrocarbon emisions. They have been around a long time but have gotten considerably more advanced since OBD2
