Now today new sticker for the license plates.

Down here in Alabama we don't have any kind of emission test to tag a car.
I guess Alabama's DMV has the "run what you brung" procedure.

 

Yup, an emissions test, they connect to the OBD II port and check pending codes, ensue all sensors are ready, done.
This year forward it’s a NO Charge test, it used to be $35.00.

 

Took a ride to my GolfTec center. Set up a date next week for a free look at my swing before the season starts.

 

Our golf season is pretty much year round down here. I work at the local course and the Snowbirds have been here for months playing.
I've seen a lot more northern license plates this year in our parking lot than in years past.
Funny thing. We just got a new Head Golf Pro. He's originally from New York state.

 

I'm originally from NY where a safety inspection was done in addition to an emissions test. They looked at tires, brakes, the front end, visually verified all lights were working. Here in California all they do is smog test. It makes you wonder how safe you are with all the illegal aliens we have driving on the road.
