We stopped by the car show in Chippewa, Ontario last night then a dusk walk along the Niagara river .
Today we are headed to the market in St Catharines, pick up bacon and bread. We should roll over 474,000 klms.

Been using my SS a lot lately, but not like I wanted to.
First. 2 weeks ago my wife dropped a large, very sharp knife, directly on her big toe. Went to the Urgent Care place ("Doc in the box" as we call it) and got the wound sewed up. 5 days later it's infected and we wind up at the local ER. 4 days in there for antibiotic treatment, x-rays and a MRI which reveal a probable tendon rupture.
Yesterday a trip to see an Orthopedic Surgeon. Luckily this Dr. is a former neighbor and friend. Now we have surgery scheduled for next week.
I guess the SS will have to make a few more trips till we get this resolved.

FMG- I hope your Mrs gets things sorted out & heals up soon. Lucky she didn't cut off her toe.

Those tendon issues can take some time.

GOOD LUCK!! FMG and Old Blue!!

a couple of weeks ago had an issue and ended up changing the battery and then the alternator.

then the car throws a P0171. it has been much too hot to work outside with this so the car sat a bit.
finally got to check a little more blew thru the valve, both sides, nothing?! hmm that wasn't the issue. so i retightened everything and the car still ran a bit higher idle. so i put on my code reader rescanned it. saw the same code. so i erased the codes drove her around a bit and was running MUCH better. so i told the wife to take it to work today. WISH ME LUCK!! i dont wanna do a fuelpump!!

Drove to visit a friend, his next door neighbor has an HHR, he told me it’s for sale
An estate sale , it’s an LT 2.4 automatic with 108,000 miles, no rust anywhere.
I might just pull the trigger on this one
