Miserable rains out, so I aired up my tires & even the spare. To compensate for the colder temps.

Heathen got two new shoes, and I discovered that one of my rims is just ever so slightly bent... but it balanced fine, and eventually I want to replace them anyways, so I'll let it ride

did anyone ever discover a way to remove the airbag stickers on the visors? I did find an old thread about just covering them with other stickers, but didn't see anything about actually getting them off....

Nope, I haven’t seen anything about removing those stickers, I think they are ironed on, maybe heat?

Now you have a reason to ,

A find one new rim,

B get a new set of rims , any style that has caught your eye?

Moon SpeedMasters

HHR with Speedmaster Wheels | MOON NOOZ

I think either Speedway Motors or Summit might have a set or two, I believe they are discontinued.

honestly I was just gonna go with the 5-spoke steels... I still want to eventually go with the blacked out look (the headlights are gonna prove a problem if they're truly out of production)... and that way I don't have to worry about sizing or offset, I already know they'll fit

That’s one of the reasons I went with 18” Cobalt SS rims

I’m in the middle of refinishing these , I might polish them, or respray them gun metal

They look just fine but, one or two have some finish blemishes.

Today , it’s just hang out and clean up the garage and basement, Sweetie has taken her Mom out for lunch, and of course took the BlackSwan!

I have an OEM antenna and the little cup pocket from in front of the shifter if anyone needs them
(I just washed the cup, that's why the color looks mottled, it's wet)

I installed my new 17" Firestone Transforce CV tires, adjusted the rear brakes, painted my rear drums black, and painted the front calipers red. It looks pretty sharp.

I got the tires on sale at tire rack. They are normally $150 each, but they had some for $82 and when I inquired about them they said they were 2017 tires. That doesn't bother me any. When they arrived they are 2018 tires. $358 for four to my door.
