Today is lawn mower day, oil change, blade sharpening, that sort of thing . I gotta keep our John Deere 14 inch push mower in top condition, it’s 32 years old now.
Well, good it wasn't suspicious fire.. Still bummer..

So let me get this straight, you have a 14 INCH cut JD push mower, My string trimmer can cut 20" @ max, haven't seen a 14"...................... ever...

No it’s not a 14 inch mower, my bad! It’s a Model 14 PZ , 22” cut swath.

Installed a new GM exhaust cam actuator solenoid and cleaned the throttle body, and replaced the filthy cabin air filter. Cleared the codes and all is well. I had replaced the intake one last year, should have done them both, but it's such a simple job.

Sorry but damn that was quick sale, she left today for 4k. Was a very nice car, would not call it a garage queen but damn nice driver. Mechanically it was well above average with lots f new parts and stuff, code free and needed nothing. Body was good but not perfect, paint was excellent but had the start of the usual door seam issues, lots of life left in her and i was sad to see her tail lights off in the distance . .

Nah. I replaced one solenoid valve oh, 2-3 years ago. Been fine since. A couple other examples, likemthat. If the valve is found to be gunked up after P0011 or P0014, maybe replace them both. If it’s the solenoid coil as in P0010 or P0013, that failure is pretty random and replacing a good one is probably a waste. Just my opinion

Took a cruise out to Niagara stopped out for groceries and then a coffee, came home , unloaded, had lunch , went to the park, noticed a clunk when turning right and when stopping. When I got home Sweetie said she was hearing the clunk near her feet, oh oh? Not rear bushings again? Nope I looked under her seat and there was a jar of pickled herring that had rolled out of the shopping bag and over the weathertech floor mat , found the clunking. No LCA bushing problem, yea!!

I got the lawnmower serviced , sharpened the blade fresh oil, spark plug and air filter, then I cut the back lawn

Blue- You had me there, so I did quick search & see there are 14" Reel mowers.. 22" is sweet, my vintage B&S Flathead is a 22". Been great since day one when we bought it.

I paid $3000 for mine with 140k on the clock and feel like I stole it. Panels with over 200k on the are getting $4k. Hell, a local NAPA store told me $1800 for their panel with the NAPA wrap and a bad transmission and 300k on it.
