Cutting the door panels for those 6x9 speakers was not anything I wanted to do. I do not listen to a lot of music !
If you put the Polks in the front doors w/o the foam cones please let me know how they sound !
Thanks

I'll probably do that this week sometime. I'll swap them to the front doors. I think the speaker screen faces will look better than the perforated circles in the panel and be less sound restrictive.

I just checked and just sitting overnight the tire lost 3 psi so it is just a leak.

The HHR is awaiting for some sanding and paint in the right rear quarter panel. Sweetie took it out for a grocery run.
Blue- I would have that tire flipped to have it as it was intended, to be on the inside.. They marked them in the molds for a reason..

Hello. Today we have a big holiday - the 77th anniversary of the victory of the USSR over Nazi Germany in the Great Patriotic War. The Great Patriotic War (1941 - 1945) - this is how we call the war, which you usually call the 2nd World War.
In general, today I went to the city center and watched a military parade dedicated to the 77th anniversary of the victory. Such parades are held in all major cities of Russia. Of course, the spectacle is grandiose.
In past years, I posted links to videos, and this year I will do the same. Today is a link to the parade in Moscow.
Why not.. Analysts of all intelligence agencies of the world are watching, studying samples of the latest technology, parsing Putin's words into quotes and looking for hidden signals. Let ordinary guys also look.
For reference: The parade is hosted by the Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu, the parade itself begins at the 8th minute of the broadcast (before that, the guests gather), Putin's speech from the 22nd to the 35th minute of the broadcast (if you not understand Russian can be rewound), the end of the parade 70th minute of the broadcast, then commemorative events.
I don't know how for you. But I am very impressed with military equipment. Hefty armored fortresses on wheels, a roar that can be heard from afar, the smell of diesel exhaust over the area.
The troops that you see are infantry, sailors, and pilots. Rocketeers, gunners, roboticists, even astronauts and reconnaissance.
In the banner group you can see a copy of the original banner that was hoisted on the dome of the Reichstag when Berlin was taken by Soviet troops. And the vehicle column is headed by the victory tank - the vintage T-34.
Most of the soldiers on the square are veterans, some of the soldiers came straight from the trenches. Some divisions are several centuries old, probably older than the US state.
By the way, about the USA. Putin mentioned your country twice in his speech. The first mention - for the first time publicly voiced what we have already heard from American officials. The fact that the United States created Anti-Russia from Ukraine in order to inflict damage on Russia and is now spending crazy money so that Russia is defeated. The second mention of American veterans of the 2nd World War. Putin regrets that this year they did not come to the holiday due to “the US government actually banned it.” I don’t know what’s the matter, but it turns out that under the current conditions such a trip is not possible due to some kind of American restrictions. Putin also said publicly that he greatly respects the American soldiers for their contribution to the victory and sincerely thanked. The same is true for veterans of other countries (France, China, etc. are mentioned).
In short, look. It's just interesting.

I have some black-bezel Depos for my SS but don't want to put them on yet, so I though I would give the original headlights a once-over. Boy was I surprised! Much better than I expected, probably didn't take 20 minutes for both.

Here's before and after.

Both were pretty much the same before I started.

Not an endorsement. I don't know how long this will last.

My outcome on another set with with with wet-sanding and Meguiar's spray was better but took a LOT longer.
