What Did You Do To Your HHR Today?
I guarantee there are a bunch of HHRs running around with the stock air filter. Who ever came up with that design should have been assigned to designing lug nuts. I guess the trade off is the ease of changing the oil filter.
Here’s the how to video I watched about that clamp tool
Today, I remeasured the toe and it’s at absolute zero , the car drives nice and straight, the steering wheel is centred, no pulling left or right.

Chevy's default replacement interval for the HHR air cleaner is 100K. Fortunately, places like Walmart are prohibited from changing it because it involves actual work. Typically, oil change places offer to sell you and unnecessary new filter EVERY time they see you. The hard-to-change filter (not that hard, really) saves owners $MILLIONS!
$MILLIONS, I tell ya!

New parts
Dropped off the hhcar at the local shop for some much needed repairs new rear coil springs, shocks , muffler, outer tie rod, alignment seems like there was something else but can't remember what it's rides , drives so much better
Last night we drove to Thorold, watched grand kid play soccer, stopped for a coffee on the way home and noticed, no more annoying rattling when going over train tracks, possibly the inner tie rod was making noise?
