What Did You Do To Your HHR Today?
The rubber bumper cover may have been an aftermarket item. I ordered one, and while it matched the running boards it was smaller than the outline in the bumper. Hoping to find one that fills that whole area.
Noticed today that the headlights on my '06 are not the same, one side has an amber lens on the turn signal, the other has a clear lens with an amber bulb. Been driving it for about 3 years and I never looked at it that closely. The amber lens one is cracked inside the headlight so maybe it is time for some smoked headlights....
I have heated leather in the 08. I ran the VIN and it had every available factory option, I added the usually dealer installed spoiler.

As to that bumper cover. mine is smaller like you described. But was best I could find in 2010..,. So Good luck on that one.
Mongo, I found it listed as a rear bumper protector GM part # 17801385, shows as discontinued

I suggest you contact your local GM dealership and ask the parts department to check inventory on their nation wide website, another dealer might have one on the shelf.
Today 1st day of chemotherapy, so a ride to the hospital for that. Then just 7 more treatments over the next 15 weeks .

Ordered it, and was somewhat underwhelmed. Top pic is from their website, bottom pic is what I received
Not very nice, perhaps wait until warmer weather to soften the material.
Today we sit home, we had snow last night and I am in no condition to shovel the driveway. Good thing Sweetie shopped on Thursday, we won’t starve.

My HHR became invisible today... driving back from a Ham Radio convention, 2 different cars tried to be in the same lane as me driving at 70 mph on the highway. ( 2 different roads) They both missed but not by much. I guess Orange is a hard color to see....
The service traction and service ESC lights have been coming on after I installed the new hubs. They don’t come on until 5 to 20 miles. So not sure what the cause is. My scanner doesn’t read ABS codes so I’m guessing the hubs either operate on a different voltage reading or one might be defective. Not sure, I will be working on it .
I borrow rented a code reader
