Nice black tie look! Elegant!!

Today more shopping and coffee with Sweetie. During the downpour yesterday the service traction and ABS light came on, could just be a wet road surface thing or some water got into a hub connection

Musta been the rain slicked roads 3 inches of rain fell in 20 minutes so I’m thinking a little slip on the wet asphalt set the ABS system light, this morning on start up the warnings were off and the ABS light turned off as soon as I drove out of my driveway. No further investigation required

Heavy rain can cause the wheels to break free with the drag as well as hydroplaning a tad bit... plus those connectors are exposed to all that spray in the wells. Hope its just a little glitch from moisture and nothing major.

Working on keeping the 2010 SS autotragic going. It was the last vehicle the wife wanted and since she passed away in January 2025 I want to keep it around as long as I can for the memories. Have done a few things as it is 15 years old with 15 Michigan winters on it and 107,000 miles. Fuel lines, a brake line, timing chain and guides, brakes, drivers side window switch, cooling fan connector, wheel bearings, lower control arms, cam solenoids air cleaner. Will do spark plugs, boots soon.

Started installing ZZP coilovers the other day and hit a roadblock, bottom 21mm rear shock bolts are seized to the shocks. I spent a few hours trying to save one the other day and gave up. In talks with a HHR SS Facebook group member about getting replacement bolts so work can continue. Seems like Gone Mad no longer stocks the lower bolts and Tractor Supply didn't have what I could use, SMH. Wish me luck.
