They changed the weather forecast for tomorrow so I did a quick spray with the "black detailer" before dark and put her in the garage....... (not that one can believe the weather forecast, but one can always hope)

I have the same replacement windshield, really like the tint on top. & it seems to be holding up better (nick wise) better than the oem.

 

Is that the Black detailer from Turtle wax that I mentioned a week ago? I am really liking this stuff. Todd (Uma)

 

Drove it to the bowling alley rolled 5 or 6 games of practice and then came home had dinner and took a 15 mile bicycle ride somthing I do 3 to 5 days a week

Its how I lost a 150 lbs 4 yrs ago something iam very proud of . No use to wash or detail the HHR it rained off on all afternoon quit late hence the ride was nice .

 

Yeah, it's a Turtle wax product...... I imagine it's the same as comes in that Kit that they sell for Black cars..... I get their detail spray and also the color back Black wax from Turtle Wax...... I mix 30% carnuba into the wax before I use it.

Like that stuff a lot.

 

Nothing but drive it in the rain..... no use trying to wash + clean it since this is the 4th weekend in a row that's calling for rain here; Guess I'll be in the garage tightening/readjusting tbolt clamps and installing the Forge BPV. /rant
