I gave up a White 2002 Buick Regal LS. It wasn't as fancy as some Regals, though. It didn't have leather seats or a sunroof or a supercharger; it was just a basic Regal. I can't totally complain, it was still a decent quality car, and it did have the good GM 3800 series engine. I was getting bored with that car fast and I needed a change. I got the HHR because I thought it seemed like a really cool car, and because of the great gas mileage and its cargo space/versatility. My Buick only got 17-18 mpg, which isn't flattering for a car its size. So, I enjoy the 25-26 mpg I get with the HHR.

Previously I posted that I gave up one of my favorites ever owned...an Infiniti G35 coupe. And a year later I am putting HHR up for sale because it has been replaced with 01 suburban. I bought a ski boat, sold my old truck, and need something to tow the boat. Can't say I'm going to miss it (the HHR) but gas sticker shock is still there!

I gave up my 1997 Chevy Lumina for my HHR. I love my HHR to death and its gonna be fun to fix my first repair on it.

2008 Toyota Corolla. Decent car, boring to drive. It got recalled for the stalling issue and my wife wanted an HHR anyway, so it was a good excuse to go buy one.

I didn't get rid of a vehicle for the SS, but I did get the SS before my vehicle gave up on me!

My Jeep Cherokee (straight 6 w/ 5 spd manual) has 220,000 km, so I am limiting it to winter driving, boat towing and logging road duty only.
