General HHR Discuss anything related to the Chevy HHR that doesnt seem to fit into the more specific categories below.

What kind of car would you give up your HHR for?

My first DSM was a bad ass black 90 that I had way too much fun in but had to get rid of in self defense.
I loved that car but certainly wouldn't trade my 08 SS for it.
Maybe my 69 Econoline Conversion Van, 70 Skylark, 70 Nova, 68 Chevy stepside & 74 Vega all put together if they were all restored

I'd hand over my keys for the 1st car I ever had, a 1953 Chevy 210 Deluxe..
Same colors as this picture, but mine was a 2 door.. Miss that one..
But that was back in 1969 when I got it.. I was still not old enough to legally drive..
(key word: legally)...LOL & yes I know this one has a few 1954 parts on it..

For a daily driver I am not sure what I would have bought in this price range.

I want a small truck but hate the Colorado. It feels too cheap for what it cost even in the top trim.

I don't need a full size truck.

A Trailblazer SS used might have been considered.

My original plan was to buy a Solstice coupe and keep my old truck. But I really did not want 5 cars for only two people here.

The wife also did not want another 2 seater in the family unless it was a Vette. We have an understanding that I will have one at some point.

Should see if you would fit in a twin turbo Vette, like the Camaro has.

I will be giving my SS to my daughter next year so I need to get another vehicle. Potential replacements:

2011 Camaro (although not sure I can get down in and out of it on a daily basis)
2011 Challenger or Charger (although the interior is very bland)
2011 Mustang

I really like the Equinox, but need something faster. Same goes for the Fusion. Right now I'm waiting for the Buick Regal to have a bigger engine.

Already have an Avalanche and Grand Prix.
