I use to have a set of these back in the day on my Sunfire, they apparently are made of a softer than usual metal as they became bent easily and I never figured out how. Before you say I hit a curb, it was the inside lip and caused it to leak air.(Sorry if that sounds a little rude, already had one person on here say it wasn't possible, well I have the proof that it is lol)

 

i had a set of eagles on my bug for 12 years without issue, so it could be a number of things.

just remember these aren't forged and are prone to bending
