Just saw the Moonlight episode with the white panel HHR. It's in the last few minutes with the two stars standing next to it. It's dark, on the Santa Monica pier, I think. It has a company graphic on the panel in black and orange. Couldn't read what it said.

tv commercials for an chevy hhr???? they ever made any? the car has been out since 2005 and in one 30 second GM commercial where they had ''owners'' posing with a variety of GM vehicles, they showed the hhr for 3 seconds (and i dont even think they even said what it was). Same thing in the newspapers during friday/saturday/sunday editions...with the big auto classified sections...next to nothing in advertisement. I swear that in the past 2 years i have only seen maybe 5 to 6 HHRs driving around our city streets....and i betcha i seen more MINI's . It's like a hush hush secret. Anyways, hopefully this summer i will finally purchase a SS turbo and it will actually feel nice to drive something unique.

 

Just seen a State Farm TV Commercial featuring a Dark Gray Metallic HHR.

 

If you live in Kentucky or Southern Indiana, there is an insurance company called Kentucky Farm Bureau, which is currently running a commercial featuring the HHR. In this commercial, a father is teaching his teenage daughter how to drive. They are practicing in an empty shopping center parking lot. She is driving a stick-shift Sunburst Orange HHR, while her dad is barking out directions. Well, she gets confused, misunderstands her dad's instructions and backs her HHR into a lamp post. FORTUNATELY, the lamp post "just happened" to be right in front of the Farm Bureau Insurance office where the dad has his auto insurance.

Other than that, anything I have seen for the past 2 years has been fleeting, with the exception of that ridiculous Chevrolet 2007 Super Bowl commerical where "Chippendale" type guys are washing an HHR in the middle of a busy road with a carload of women inside.

 

Was it wrecked? I seen a wrecked one

 

They didnt show the damage, but she did back into the lightpost, so I am sure she smushed the back fender and hatch.

 

One I am taking about it has a scene with hhr in dark, rainy weather where the hhr rear ended another car

 

There's a commercial showing in the Greater Chicago area right now for Chicagoland Chevy dealers that features the HHR, Cobalt and one of the pickup trucks.

I'll look for a link, but not sure where to find something like that.
