We call her the Silver Bullet, Short for the Werewolf Slayer. I’ve always had a passion for old panel wagons, and scary movies. HHRs have a bold stance and look fast even standing still, like the mods from the late 50s and early 60s. 06ChevyHHR did a cool Coors light ps for us after we named her, by the way thanks again 06. She’s two weeks old today and we are very happy proud parents.

Purple Haze

I didn't even get to name my HHR. At the dealership, I was looking around, trying to decide between the Sunburst Orange, and the Amethyst color. The one that was 'easier' to get the key to was the Amethyst. My salesman called to one of the others and said "Grab me the keys to the Purple Haze HHR". There ya go.

Zz

My 2006 HHR is named after one of the great rock and roll bands from this area that also loves vintage automobiles. ZZ Top

Put some ZZ in your CD player and go for a ride. It works for me!

In honor of Mexico, the country where my HHR was finally assembled on May 21, 2007 I will be giving my HHR a Spanish name.

"El Feo Negro". "The Black Ugly"

It also sounds tough like a Lucha Libre Mexican wrestler (luchador).
