Since it's the wife's car and the initials are already on the car, we agreed that it should be:

Her Highness' Ride.

She liked that and it is official.

Car” or “Truck”, depending upon what I think it is at the time.

Orange Crate was an outstanding drag car in the 60's.

One of "75 Most Significant '32 Fords" in history according to Rod and Custom magazine. The original owner of the car was from my hometown, Portland, Oregon. I actually watched that car race at the Farigrounds in Pomona, Ca. back in the 60s. But it was really more of a show car.
Bob Tindle "Orange Crate" Sedan
Potvin-blown Olds with lift-up body channeled over tube chassis. Show and racing winner. "Beautiful, and it even ran!" Oakland winner. Model kit. "What a bitc hin' car!" Still exists.

Back to the script, we've called ours simply "the HHR", but as of Christmas, my teenagers have redubbed it "Rodney" for some reason. They often say it looks like a hearse (mine's black), but I don't know if it has any relevance. My wife and I are still trying to get to the bottom of it.

I had never really named any of my car's before. My HHR could be the "Red Rocket". I don't know. I haven't named my HHR yet. What do you think?
