When Free oil changes become no longer free! UGH!

I know some of us when we bought our HHR received free oil changes (3 here) from the dealership. That's all fine and dandy....unless they are driving your beloved and heavily pampered HHR out while the bay door is closing clipping the rear of my *sniff* black fenrir and leaving an ugly mark, scratches, and dent! They have to take it Monday because:

1. I am flying to St. Louis tomorrow
2. Lady Fenrir is cruising to the Buckeye State

They were originally going to give me a loaner starting today and keep my HHR over the weekend and start Monday on repairs, but refused to agree to let the loaner go out of state. Obviously, I wouldn't have this problem if they were competent, but I agreed to bring it back Monday...if I would have pushed them, I could have made them rent me a car, but I am leary of leaving it there for all of Friday and the weekend....I had a feeling about this today and even debated of just forgoing the freebie and doing it myself.. I get pissed if the wind blows dirt on my car, let alone a ding or scratch...but the way it happened....IT SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED! It doesn't look real bad and I will take photo's when I get home from work, but in my best Nancy Kerrigan voice (and I am not mocking her) "WHY? WHY ME?" Should I press for more freebies, like installing my springs for free? KAK, I don't know if I will ever trust them again and they have been real good to me....How big of an a$$ should I be about this? It could have been worse, but KAK...it's my baby!

I just got my HHR back from the dealership yesterday and I now have a small deep scratch on the top of my bumper. I can't prove it was them but I know it was. Sorry to hear if Fenris.

I always have the guy at the lot take a walk around with me and sign off on their paperwork that there is no damage or scratches. They have never refused to do this and luckily I have never had a problem. But it makes you wonder if when i do this they make sure that my car is well cared for.

Luckily, I kept my cool, I didn't scream or shout. I just want the least amount of bondo as possible. I think they should replace the whole rear hatch. They are good people, and I think I am going to take the route suggested by Big Jim. As long as they fix it properly and we don't have issues with the rear hatch, the glass is scratched as well. I am not going to push it as far as asking for anything free and will approach them about maybe a reduce rate on installing the springs as long as it is a reasonable price. I am not going to pay $400.00 to have springs installed. It was very unfortunate, and I am glad I kept a cool head and didn't go off on anybody. I will post pics of the damage when I am finished with school. I just want opinions on the hatch issue. I don't want that one repaired, I think I should get a new one, and input is welcomed. I am sure pictures will help in this matter. If I would have had the spoiler I elected not to put on, it would have been real ugly. I just feel it should be in the shape and condition it was in when I came for service or at least very, very, close....
