I'm about to turn 87k and have had it about 3 years, 4 months. My commute is 100 miles a day.....would probably have more on it but went over to the sandbox this summer so that saved on miles and have a new Road King on the way which will cut down even more miles

Seems to chew up pads and rotors a bit but other than that not many significant issues......had the front drivers side hub bearing go out right before I deployed and the passenger one went out when I came back....so I had that replaced today (both under the 100k warranty) and also the wiper transmission pooped itself...that was a 240.00 repair but really that is about it for $$ sunk into it.

One issue that has me thinking a little is that when I start it after it has been sitting overnight the is a loud...well I guess rattle and then it goes right away. Longer it sits the louder the noise is..I'm wondering if oil related as it only does it that once each day for the most part...shrug..

Cool who's HHR has the most Miles

170221 miles as of this evening. Purchased new 3/2006

New shifter lock, New dash storage box catch, New Cat Converter (exhaust) at 88k, New entire fuse block (under hood) 88k.

Around 125k I replaced front hub drivers side, and replaced the brake pads, and changed out the zinc grill to the black chrome, added twin pin stripes along the length, removed the stock steel wheels and replaced with stock mag rims 16"

165k 3rd set of tires. Goodyear brand this time (2nd set was BF Goodrich Noisy TA's)

Front Suspension is "Shot" rattles on every slight bump.

Need to replace the entire drivers interior door liner as the door handle is broken off. It's a 384.00 part!!! for a F#@#$% door handle... and I'm up against another Cat Converter replacement IF I cannot locate someone to fix/weld an aftermarket "plug" that's leaking and causing exhaust leak into the cabin.

I sound bitter here I guess however... It's been an excellent commuter and all around vehicle. I drive the hell out of it!

I have a 2010 HHR Gray LS Auto that just turned 3000 miles had since August 1st 2010. I do have a rattle under the drivers side dash everytime I hit a bump, like something is loose around the steering column or upper dash. What could it be?

Just turned 138000, had to run out to Bismarck ND for a repair, need to do rear brakes, struts, shocks, get new tires this spring, gonna get winter tires next fall. I just did some quick math- I have like over 50k on this set of tires, not down to the wear bars yet!

Hello all

I just got a 2007 black LS to replace my 03 Focus ZX3 with 275000 miles. Focus still runs good.

I am a courier driving about 50,000 miles a year. Mine is at 75,000.
Once the focus says bye bye I will be driving the Chevy a lot.

I am hoping to hit some high numbers in few years :)
