Click on that and you will see a menu.
Select "More Tools"
When that opens select "Clear Browsing Data" hit enter, sit back and let it do it's thing.
Another update:
Just ran my paid subscriptions to Norton and MalwareBytes just to see. Same thing no change with the pop up screen.

I never clear my history or cookies. Maybe that is why I never see those popups.
You need to specify what browser you are using as they all have different options. I.E., Edge, Chrome, Firefox etc.
Windows 10 has both I.E. and Edge.

Cat Man , no, I didn’t install it, When I use log out , I get a screen showing, cookies cleared.
I’m using Apple iOS 12.1.2 or so on my IPhone 8S.
It is to do with the Windows 10 and the pop up blockers.
