*NEEDED* left rear door release button

Hello everyone! I have an 09 Panel SS and I need the left, rear, "panel" door release / popper button that goes on the dash. I found the 2 button bezel and the right door button, but no luck on the left button.

Thanks! Kevin

Junkyard Panel?

If nobody has a button laying around, does anybody know of wrecked panel vans at salvage yards? That way I could call around and see if I could find one that way.

I would recommend going to the dealer parts department and getting a part number. Then you can search the internet for that number.

Absolutely. That's how I was able to find the "right door" button, (25792532) by the way, and 25792531 for the left. A guy on eBay had two right buttons, I bought them both, but no luck on the left. All the dealers show it as "discontinued", so unless one of them is sitting on some NOS buttons, that's "new / old stock" not nitrous, I'm stuck calling junkyards.

What is the difference between the 2, besides the graphics? Does that really matter, one is to the right of the other?

I believe the switch is just a generic GM switch. The only difference is the graphic on the actual button on top. With the little HHR with the left door open. I have the same switch in my SSR for the tonneau cover with a little SSR with the tonneau cover open. So all I really could use is that little button to keep everything looking good and factory looking.

I've never tried, but I believe so.
