Unhappy 09 Front end noise over bumps

I just finished paying almost $800 to repair my front Struts with an alignment, but I can still hear "that" noise coming from the front end each time I go over a speed bump. WHA! Not sure what it could be?

Welcome to the site,
Rear lca bushings, swaybar end links, swaybar bushings, upper engine mount.
loose bolts , an air gun is not what should be used to replace a torque wrench!
Ive had HHR’s with new LCA’s and the rear bolt was only tightened to 53 ft lbs, guess that mechanic needs a new air wrench!
Loose bolts at the transmission mounts can also be a source of noises, along with the front bumper cover and ball joint pinch bolts!

Good start

I had previously had the front sway bar links replaced and so the repairman said that those didn't need to be replaced this time. I will have him recheck, considering the other suggestions.
Thanks for the advise, I will post on what we find.

Well then look at the sway bar bushings.
It seems , he might not be as familiar with the Delta chassis as we are.
Here’s a guide

Did they by chance replace the lower control arms with the wrong ones?

Understood, but, he also hasn't elaborated on what exactly was changed. That is why I threw that out.

"She" also hasn't described the noise.
