'10 SS different from '08 and '09?

'10 SS different from '08 and '09?
Does anyone know if GM made changes to the '10 SS? Superchips only lists the Cortex tuner for the '08 and '09. Is the '10 different? I would like to try the Cortex.

Superchips is fail.
save your money. go with either Trifecta mail back & forth tune or custom HPTuners by a local tuner. you'll see more gains & won't be limited with upgrading the tune as you add parts.

The RPD (Russian: ручной пулемёт Дегтярёва Ruchnoy Pulemyot Degtyaryova, English: hand-held machine gun of Degtyaryov) is a 7.62mm light machine gun developed in the Soviet Union by Vasily Degtyaryov for the intermediate 7.62x39mm M43 cartridge. It was created as a replacement for the DP machine gun chambered for the 7.62x54mmR Mosin rifle round. It is a precursor of most squad automatic weapons.

I'd have to venture and say the '10 isnt listed because it wasnt certified for that year...yet.....C.A.R.B. rules and all that govments gotta have control crap. Rates right up there with fart cans,no?

HPTune is tuning software, not a tune. It is only as good as the person using it. I know nothing of Trifecta except what I have read here, but they're not a big name. I would go with GM Stage 1 except based on the posts it doesn't seem to work for long due to having to splice wires (again, it is only as good as the GM tech doing the install, and it has been my experience that there is only one competent GM tech out of 100 - not interested in taking that chance). I want some improvement, but definitely not to the limit, and I want it safe and stable. In fact, I am so risk averse after having Alpine Engineering turbo my Cobalt SS 2.4 NA that I may not bother with any of this. It works stock. I don't know if it will work tuned. But I have had good luck with Superchip products and tunes.

Its all warrenty..whats there to be afraid of? Works as advertised and nobody has had a hard failure yet....its not the kit thats a the problem..its the mechanics...and you get to choose them..if something happens you take it back..no different then a code popping up for a failed stock sensor. If you run into a problem with a tune your on your own,,dig deep. For all the kits that have been sold only a small percentage had installation problems..and its safe...warrenty safe.
