Just posting some info I stumbled onto at cheersandgears about a Sol/Sky 2.1L Ecotec update for 2010... HHR isn't listed, but it would make some sense to standardize on one powerplant.

that's pretty interesting. i wonder why the Cobalt SS is listed as a bit less power, when both it and the G6 are FWD (that was my first thought on why, til i realized the G6 was there). also, why is the Cobalt listed, isn't it supposed to be the Cruze by that time? or is that the year after? either way, should be interesting.

on a side note, is there one of those info sheets like that for the LNF? if so, i'd like to have it, if possible.

Here they are for both 08 and 09, automatic and manual LNF. I've posted these more times than I can count.

G6 has both manual and automatic 6-speed options. Neither of those transmissions will fit the current Delta platform. I bet 2011-12 when Delta II comes out we'll see more options and the 4T40 will finally die.

I'm surprised no one else has picked up on this...

Description says 2.1L while the "Type" says 2.0L

I didn't realize they were going to offer the G6 with a turbo. The G6 was one of the cars I was considering. But it seems the reliability has been well below average so far for the G6. I even considered the convertible, but it has the dreaded 3.9L gas-sucking poor-performing engine in it.

i know you've posted the dyno chart many times, i was wondering if there is the upper part, the chart talking about all the components and stuff. that's what i was wanting for the LNF. i appreciate the effort though

actually i did notice that, it was the first thing i noticed, but decided i didn't care since it lists displacement as 2103cc.

It's in the .zip file I referenced above. Download and you'll see the Excel document with the two SAE dyno charts.
