I was in the same situation, ordered stripes on mine, delivered without stripes. I made them deduct the $95 rather than order them for me. It was explained to me that it was a factory provided / dealer installed option and that the stripes were probably lost somewhere in transit(or stolen).

I think I read a few other threads on here about missing stripes.

I am working on getting custom rally stripes done on mine and the price I was quoted was only about $25 more than the factory stripes and I get to help design them.
