50k

Broke 50k on the way home today. Still happy with the car. Definetly should have gotten a nose guard for this thing. Atlanta roads are busting away the paint for the front-end and the rear quarter panels. My biggest complaint remains the tire monitors. I took it to the dealership 4x to fix them, and I still get the tire warnings every 25 miles into my trip during warm weather. Never see it in the winter unless its a 60+F day. I'm well past the warranty, so I dont see it ever getting fixed now.

The Sleeper continues to surprise the 'power' cars and ricers off the line. Its now time to replace the sneakers and consider adding the upgraded exhaust and tune

I've got a R/Rear TMPS that keeps going off once in awhile. Only have 7000 miles on it so far, so making a appointment with dealer to get it replaced. Putting new wheels on soon, so going to get it done before then. Funny, it seems to do it when its warm outside also.
Yeah, it's a real sleeper with the Trifecta tune in her. Some heavy hitters, have already felt the sting. "Moon"

Are you going to do the 50k mile maintenance? Any opinions on that? I'm coming up on it real soon, and I wasn't sure if I should have it done or not. Dealer said they flush the radiator and put new coolant in, and flush and refil the tranny...

Is this really needed at 50k? The book doesn't say it is, but that's what they do?

I'm running up on 52K right now. My drive in and out of Smyrna every day hasn't been too bad on the paint. But I have the running boards. I'm also able to avoid all interstates coming in from Dallas.

But I'm trying to get a new position in our RO, and that's on Peachtree, downtown....

For maintenance, I'll test the coolant this fall as it will be 4 years old at that point. For the auto, I don't think it requires anything until the 100K point.

I will be passing the 40K mark this week on my SS. Aside from the paint chips and cracked windshield, she is running fine. I will need new tires very soon, and will have the brakes looked at for wear. I'm debating getting the windshield fixed, but I have to travel through a major construction zone on my commute for the next several months and it is constantly getting whacked with flying debris.

on edit - turned 40K this morning:
