i'll prob change quite a bit of that to something nice and shiny.

why the hell did they do that.
hopefully there will be parts avail soo so they don't have to be fabbed for big$$

plastic is less expensive... most won t do mods... if they didn t use plastic people would complain about the cost of the car

I dont understand why every one thinks metal lines are better than plastic....look at it this way run hot water through two lines one plastic and the other metal (your choice)....which one gets hotter, so then explain to me why you would want metal lines?

Metal lines under boost pressure will not expand or colapse unlike plastic or rubber. Also most metal is very smooth on the inside unlike plastic which will have a lot of pitting. Pitting or raised bumps inside the plastic tubes cause air turbulance and effect Air Flow. Also when you use Hard Piping (metal) you can get them ceramic coated which will reduce heat dramatically or get them polished- powder coated -chrome which ever you prefer. You can also put a BOV (Blow Off Valve) on the vehicle more easily along with other modifications.
