We should probably just sit and wait until OP decides he's willing to check for loose connections and any issues with the belt.

If the ECM reads 16 volts or more for 30 seconds the Battery Icon will come on. It will go out when the voltage drops below 16 volts.

Apparently if you come he tr e to get some info from someone who may have had a similar issue is a bad idea...I've been through all the normal checks, I'm not stupid! Was hoping someone with intelligence might be able to solve an odd issue.... system checks out. Belts good. Connections good. So not mr smart guy, got anymore ****ing bright ideas?

Wasn't getting any help anyway, just a bunch of people who think anyone who asks a question is stupid! Check the obvious, duh... I been working on cars for 50 yrs... it's an odd issue. Only reason I'm here.... thanks for no help all you know it all suckers!
