colgan bra

hey all
just got my colgan bra in and installed last night on the SS, looks great but I gotta state and ask a few things.
one - bra fits great, instructions suck!
two - from pics I have seen on here, my plastic clips are different! they look like 3/4 circle tubes, not flat "bendable" plastic like they say in the instructions!
three - where they stitched the clips worries me a little, looks like it could be a problem down the road with stretching/tearing on the stitches. (i need to post pics to show what I mean and I will when I get home tonight!)
took about 3 weeks to get, which I expected and Ken @ Covercraft is great to work with!
now my question, can anyone on here take pics of where you attached all the clips under the hood? I did what I thought was right, but the 2 front clips right under the chevy emblem on the grill, where do they hook?
thanks in advance!

I have the same bra, been using it for 5 years now (take off every winter, reinstalled in the spring)

My clips are the same as yours and they usually hold well, once in a while i have to re-clip them onto the lowest part of my bumper.

as far as the clips that attach under the hood, just put them wherever they stretch to without over-stretching, I think you did install them properly from my recollection.

I've always been impressed with how well the Colgan Bra fits.

Definitely go to the fabric store, get some felt and cut pieces to cover that stitching, it will wear through the clear coat if you don't. I bought mine second hand, and just figured they got lost, I can't believe they shipped you one that way. You have to protect the paint from the stiches. It makes the clips tighter too.
