huh?

Lets say the car is at zero point , I add some gadgets, and now i limit lift below zero point . Seems to me it would have added down force. ? IMO

If Engineering 101 was too early in the day for you to attend regularly, you might want to take a look at a picture book... preferrably one with F1 cars in it. Or, maybe just a simple tutorial from Wikipedia will suffice.

So a 1970 superbird at speed with monster wing on azz end added no down force. wrong wrong wrong , it glued the azz end of the car DOWN to the track. At least thats what i've thought for ever.
