Dealer power adder
Does anyone out there have any feedback on the power adder that's available through the Chevy dealers? Supposedly gives 40 more hp to 2.0 turbo engines. I'm new here and own a 2010 SS with 10K on it.

For some detailed info about the kit as well as the installation precautions, see GM TechLink here:

mmace311, re the GM Turbo Upgrade Kit, a word to the wise...
If you are considering this upgrade, it seems that the success or failure stems from how/if the installation procedures were followed or not. Interview your dealer service departments to see if they have experience with installing GM Turbo Upgrade Kits on HHR SS', Cobalt SS' and/or Solstace/Skys. Ask them if they have done Stage 1 or 2 on Cobalts. Their answers should give you some insight. If they won't answer, leave and find another place. Finally, be sure that they heed the advice in the Tech Link bulletins.
I personally went through these pains when considering my upgrade and inteviewed 3 dealers in my region. I found a dealer that was more than competant in the installation and others in this group have used them as well. I have about 18k miles and 2 years since the installation and have not had a bit of trouble. Early in the release of the kit, some who have had installations done by service departments with little or no experience had issues with improper connectorization as well as clearance issues with the lower TMAP sensor.
Bottom line for success in this endeavor is to get involved, do some research and get to know your installation tech's capabilities.
