Are you using the Cobalt coilover kit then or did you have them custom made? I just checked their site and $995 for a fully adjustable kit is a pretty amazing price for what you get.

Are you competition licensed or are you just running group 3 or 4 during HPDE club days? I used to have a 87' 944T (my username) that I would run in group one or two a few times a year at HPDE events in Michigan (Gingerman, Grattan). I'm only about 45 minutes away from VIR now and have the itch to do it again but will probably have to hold off until the HHR isn't my daily driver.

 

I did not build the car....I just know it is a BC coil over system. I have been doing HPDE for about 10 years now and I run in the advanced open passing groups most of the time depending on the track. The HHR SS is a good track day car if you have the brembos and some suspension upgrades!
