Turbo problems? Tops $7,500.00 tell them to take it or leave it . Is the CEL light on? It could be a crack in the tubes, or the intercooler. A replacement turbo isn’t to hard to replace. The again how’s the motor and clutch if it’s a 5 speed transmission. If it’s an automatic transmission I’d drop down to $7,000.00.
A showroom shine is fine , but it has to have the go power too! Unless you’re planning on storing it for prosperity.

Just a FYI. Brembos we’re only available on the 5 speed SS.

No boost does not mean bad turbo. It means great bargaining chip. Probably something like a broken intercooler.
IIRC, not all years had launch.

They will take $4,000, bad turbo. Pay a mechanic to inspect it.

So I received a call from the gentleman that I was dealing with there at the dealership and he said after their people inspected it they found no problem with the turbo or any of the other systems and that I must have been mistaken in either case I guess there is somebody coming from Cincinnati who is interested in it and will probably be buying the car that's what I was told .... I laughed and told the guy well if the person coming from Cincinnati knows anything at all about these cars he's going to tell you the same thing I did but what do we know we just drive them, race them, mod them, but other than that really our knowledge how they work is fairly limited I'm sure compared to your service tech so best of luck to you with that

Salesmanship 101, deny the buyer a chance to delay a decision to buy. Always state that someone else will arrive soon to buy.
